Comfort Inn Monterey Park - Los Angeles

The property was fully clean and a very good size perfect for a couple ideally although I was travelling alone. There is free breakfast every morning which has a good area of choices. The staff are excellent and very helpful with whatever you would require. They’re all very friendly and I had a good time speaking with Oscar! I highly recommend this place for your travels to the LA area.

Free breakfast is available from 6:30am-9am. It includes waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, pastries, toast, coffee, orange juice, and cereal. They are always very accommodating when I book them for medical appointments and that includes letting me stay on the 1st floor due to my service dog coming with us. Also every room comes with a microwave and a fridge which helps with long stays. Amazing staff

The breakfast was excellent. I loved the automatic oatmeal machine. Very cool! It had hot foods and cold foods with a variety of choices on the breakfast. Interestingly, the breakfast room was located in the basement of the hotel. I loved the location of the hotel. It was located in an Asian community area however, the staff was very diverse. In todays world, I thought that was neat to see. It is very close to the Exposition park. The staff was very good about informing me what was going on that weekend at the park. It is located in an area right off the I10 not far from the downtown area called Monterey Park. I enjoyed the area. The room itself was quite comfortable.

This is an older property but well maintained. Our room was spacious, bed very comfortable, shower pressure strong and hot. And the daily complimentary breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had. We'll definitely be returning whenever we visit family in Monterey Park.
