At the check-in I was greeted by a very helpful lady who sorted me out in no time. My room was bigger than expected and always kept very clean. The included breakfast was very good and appreciated. The staff was always very kind and helped me out when I was asking question about services in the area or asking to print my boarding pass. I will definitely return when I'll be back in LA. Highly recomended.

They didn't have the room size I reserved available, so they upgraded me to a higher level room at no charge! That's an automatic 10 out of 10 score from me! Other than that, the place is clean and the breakfast provided exceeded my expectations compared to similar types of Hotels.

Breakfast was good, a good variety of choices, but it would be great to have vegan choices too, especially for proteins. The room was well appointed, new features, with coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. I want to command Rocio at the front desk; she did an excellent job, staying calm and guiding everybody through the check in process and answering the phone many times, with patience and courtesy.

The property was fully clean and a very good size perfect for a couple ideally although I was travelling alone. There is free breakfast every morning which has a good area of choices. The staff are excellent and very helpful with whatever you would require. They’re all very friendly and I had a good time speaking with Oscar! I highly recommend this place for your travels to the LA area.

Free breakfast is available from 6:30am-9am. It includes waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, pastries, toast, coffee, orange juice, and cereal. They are always very accommodating when I book them for medical appointments and that includes letting me stay on the 1st floor due to my service dog coming with us. Also every room comes with a microwave and a fridge which helps with long stays. Amazing staff

Breakfast options were basic but no complaints, they had 2 waffle machines which was a nice touch, cereal, fruit juice and coffee. Room was spacious and clean. Having a fridge in the room was useful to keep our soft drinks cold.

My Family loved stayinh here, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and you confortable, the breakfast was excellent, the lady who makes breakfast shows that she loves her job, super friendly, everything is very delicious and warm, it is a great price for what you get, for sure I would return to stay again☺️
